Irregularities & Imperfections – the beauty of Hand Embroidery
Before you return/replace a Phulkari Forever product, we want to take a moment of yours. All our products are hand embroidered by artisans from rural parts of Punjab, making each product unique and slightly different from each other. Any irregular weave or stitch or motif should not be treated as a defect, as hand embroidered products will not be as consistently uniform as machine-made products. While we try our level best to give you a quality controlled experience, but we also take pride in the variations induced during the hard work of our artisans. Each of our artisans put in days of hard work to get these products ready for you and we hope you would appreciate their efforts.
Similarly, all our products are made of pure fabrics and minor variation in colour tones/ texture is a part of their manufacturing process. While we put in all our efforts to upload photos matching the real-life colours, minor variations are possible depending on display quality of your device.

We assure you that all our products sold on phulkariforever.com are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event where our merchandise is not received in a good condition, is damaged or defective, customers may exchange the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as he / she purchased it. For the exchange, we would need the product in its original packaging along with original tags. It would be necessary to provide all financial transaction details, along with bills/invoices provided.
If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition, or it is 'Not as Described’, you may request a replacement at no extra cost
No return or exchange will be made if you are unsure about the design after delivery. We request you to make a careful and sensible decision before purchase itself. We would be happy to share more pictures and videos of the product so that you may make up your mind.

- The buyer needs to intimate Phulkari Forever within 3 (three) days of receipt of goods about the reason for seeking a replacement
- You will be required to share a photo/video of the defect on our email id hello@phulkariforever.com. Post which, our quality control team will examine and approve the exchange
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. You may, however, look at other existing options and order a replacement from the same, subject to the same or lower price
Procedure for Replacement
- Replacements are covered by the 3 Day Replacement Guarantee
- The buyer needs to intimate Phulkari Forever within 3 (three) days of receipt of goods about the reason for seeking a replacement
- You will be required to share a photo/video of the defect on our email id hello@phulkariforever.com. Post which, our quality control team will examine and approve the exchange
- Once, our quality team has approved the exchange, we will arrange for the reverse pick-up. Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
- Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product
- While we pick up originally delivered item from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup can’t be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
- Once the product has been received by us, our quality team shall re-examine the product and approve for the dispatch of replacement product
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same. The refund will be process within 7 working days, post receiving the return product
- We are not liable for any replacement that we are notified about it after 3 business days of product receipt
No Refund Shall be issued in below cases:
- If the client expected early delivery without any prior intimation provided at the time of or before order placement. We dispatch all orders within 7 WORKING days and it takes anywhere between 2-10 days to be delivered within India and 7-10 days internationally
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent
- Package refused by recipient
- Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition
- Minor color and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural fabrics, so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website
- If the product is not faulty or damaged
- The customer needs to intimate us within 3 days of receipt of goods at his/her end
